2025-2026 One Man, Two Guvnors
Friday, January 30, 2026
Based on the classic Italian comedy The Servant of Two Masters by Carlo Goldoni, this Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics prizewinning play by Richard Bean, with songs and music by Grant Olding, comes to CVRep! Comedy is at an all-time high; not to mention sex, food and money are also high on the agenda. -

2025-2026 Guys and Dolls
Friday, March 13, 2026
Considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy, Guys and Dolls has won a bevy of awards, including Tony Awards, Drama Desks and Olivier’s. But it will be an entirely new experience at CVRep as you enter the den of thieves and Prohibition. Gambling will be what you do when you enter Damon Runyon's mythical New York City, as the production of Guys and Dolls at CVRep will show you just how tough you had to be to get by as night club dancer, illegal craps game organizer, high roller and missionary. This will be a version of this oddball romantic comedy like you have never seen it before.
2025-2026 Ernest Shackelton Loves Me
Friday, May 8, 2026
This stylish, critically acclaimed new musical comedy with a tongue-in-cheek script by Tony Award-winner Joe DiPietro (NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT) hits the CVRep stage for a Coachella Valley Premiere. In this wildly inventive and romantic adventure, a sleep-deprived single mom who makes her living as a video game music composer is contacted across space and time, via a crossed connection on her cell phone, by the famous early 20th century polar explorer Ernest Shackleton while he is stranded on an iceberg in the Antarctic in the early 1900s. Inspired by her music, he shares his epic journey with her and, together, they overcome the odds in a timeless, and very funny, musical romance for the ages. This show will transport you on the journey of a lifetime.

Ever wondered what really happens before the laugh track?
Neil Simon’s Laughter on the 23rd Floor pulls back the curtain on a 1950s TV comedy writers’ room where caffeine is mandatory, egos are fragile, and jokes are flying faster than the insults.
It’s rapid-fire wit, behind-the-scenes chaos, and a group of brilliant comedians desperately trying to be funny… while slowly losing their minds. Think sharp one-liners, bigger personalities, and the panic of coming up with comedy gold on a deadline.
Smart. Nostalgic. Hilarious.

Set against the presidential election and political turmoil of 2000 , Ellen unapologetically weaves her complex passions through the lives of her family and friends in this funny, intelligent and searing play by Lisa Kron (FUN HOME) . In The Wake illuminates the assumptions that lie at the heart of the American character and exposes the ‘blind spots” that mask us from ourselves.

Hair captures the spirit of the 1960s counterculture as a tribe of young hippies fight for peace, love, and identity in a turbulent era. This vibrant rock musical is bursting with freedom, rebellion, and powerful anthems. Raw, revolutionary, and electric—Hair still resonates with its call for change.
**Presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals**
This play will be ASL interpreted on Sunday, February 22th at 2:00 pm at Palm Canyon Theatre on 538 N. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs. Tickets:$20.00 Box Office 760-323-5123 palmcanyontheatre.org.

Benjamin Braddock is a confused young man. Having spent four years achieving a brilliant scholastic record, upon graduation he finds himself adrift, uncertain about his future, disconnected from his purpose, and increasingly alienated from the upper-class, suburban, “plastic” world of his parents. Fighting panic and boredom, he is deeply conflicted but ultimately willing when Mrs. Robinson, the unhappily married, alcoholic, and dangerously charismatic wife of his father’s business partner, tempts him into an affair. Benjamin’s tenuous existence of lazy days and stolen nights falls apart when he falls in love -- with Elaine, Mrs. Robinson’s upbeat, optimistic daughter. Terry Johnson’s stage adaptation of The Graduate, based on the novel and the iconic 1967 film, is a bitterly hilarious dark comedy, full of rapid fire dialogue between fascinating and horrifying characters. This play explores family dysfunction, parental expectations, crumbling marriages, and the naive, yet disillusioned, dichotomy of youth, against the shiny backdrop of affluent Southern California in the 1960s.
This play will be ASL interpreted on February 28th at 7:30 pm at Desert Theatre Works 45175 Fargo St. Indio, CA 99201 760-980-1455. dtworks.org
